Banana Sushi

This is just simple and fun…
Finding healthy snacks that kids actually want to eat can be a hard work.

As much as we want them to snack on fruits and veggies, getting them away from chocolate and sweets is easier said than done!
Banana Sushi is a fun way to get kids involved in making their own healthy snack.
The recipe really is so simple. Just peel a banana, add a “sticky” topping like melted chocolate or peanut butter and then add a favorite topping.

Then cut into bite sized pieces!I’ve used sesame seeds, sweets and shredded coconut, but you can get creative and use whatever you have at home.

You can even try to get the kids to use chopsticks to eat the banana sushi.I used my best chocolate recipe to make this banana sushi

It has been the best chocolate i had ever tasted.

To make banana sushi:




•Shredded coconut

•Toasted sesame seeds

•Chopped sweets

Below are the toppings i used. You can use your favorite toppings.


•Peel banana and add chocolate or peanut butter.

•Cover with favorite topping. I used shredded coconut here.

•Repeat the same procedure, adding favorite toppings.

•Freeze till firm. Cut into bite sized pieces
