Banana Sushi is a fun way to get kids involved in making their own healthy snack. The recipe really is so simple. Just peel a banana, add a “sticky” topping like melted chocolate or peanut butter and then add a favorite topping.
Then cut into bite sized pieces!I’ve used sesame seeds, sweets and shredded coconut, but you can get creative and use whatever you have at home.
