Recipe of the best chocolate i have tasted so far

I have tried quiet different chocolate sauce recipes, all of them were from scratch recipes. But this one has became the best chocolate i have tasted.

I made the chocolate sauce with chopped chocolate, but chocolate chips can really be used.

After making and tasting the chocolate, i realised that it was indulging, and from then i don’t know when i switch to making the recipe whenever i need or intend making chocolate.

Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients

•½ cup milk

•1 tablespoon sugar

•2 tablespoon chopped chocolate or chocolate chips

•2 teaspoon cocoa powder

•1 teaspoon cornstarch

•½ teaspoon vanilla flavor

Directions

•Take two tablespoon of the milk, and whisk it with the cornstarch in a small bowl. Set aside

•In a sauce pan, place the chopped chocolate

•Add milk and sugar

•Add cocoa powder.

•Heat the mixture, whisking constantly but gently, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is steaming, about 5-8 minutes. Do not let it come to a boil. The mixture should be completely smooth and silky without little bits and dots of chocolate

•Pour in the cornstarch – milk mixture and whisk together.

•Add vanilla flavor if desired.Continue to heat while constantly whisking until the mixture thickens slightly, about 1 minute.

Note that the sauce would thicken a little, at room temperature as shown below .

Recipe adapted from cleobuttera, with some changes. The recipe was posted under the post (and is part of): Peanut butter hot chocolate float. I omitted the peanut butter , and i used chopped chocolate instead of chocolate chips..
