Mango and banana smoothie

Mango and banana smoothie is a high fibre smoothie and packed with vitamins and minerals (Vitamin A, Calcium, Vitamin C & potassium).

This smoothie makes you feel full! It is my favorite when it comes to mango recipes.

Ingredients

1 large mango
2 large bananas
1 cup Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon powdered milk
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
¼ cup water

Directions:

•Combine all the ingredients in a blender

•Blend till very smooth, best serve chilled
